Limited liability company is not precluded from holding a club or drinking establishment license. 2001-19.
1. Act is procedural in nature and is to be applied retroactively to pending cases. Halley v. Barnabe, 271 Kan. 652, 24 P.3d 140 (2001).
2. Expense of liquidating company is expense of company, including members who withdrew from company. Investcorp, L.P. v. Simpson Investment Co., L.C., 277 Kan. 445, 85 P.3d 1140 (2004).
